Pharmacies are a unique type of business. There are special rules, regulations and challenges and, from experience, I know that this industry offers incredible opportunities. For over 30 years, my team and I have worked exclusively with independent pharmacy owners offering bespoke accounting, tax planning, legacy planning, acquisitions and disposals as well as exit strategies.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and joined KPMG in London. Then in 1989 I set up in a Partnership and then Modiplus Ltd in 2002 a company that has grown to become one of the leading accounting specialists in the community pharmacy arena. Modiplus merged with Silver Levene in 2005 and this enhanced the strength, depth of service and knowledge that is offered by a top 50 Accountancy practice.

As a regular contributor to pharmacy journals including the Chemist & Druggist, I share my knowledge with the wider pharmacy community. This covers areas including:-
